We hold our open gyms and tryouts in the Spring.

Open gyms are typically once a week during the Spring. Opens gyms are not mandatory, but highly recommended.
However, tryouts ARE mandatory.
PLEASE NOTE: Our regular season practices typically start on August 1st and our season runs through mid October. We have practices or games 4 days a week (Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursday, and Fridays). There are also at least 2 Saturdays we will play at tournaments during the season.
