ABOUT US

Established in 2008, we are a competitive homeschool volleyball club in the Guilford County area of North Carolina.  Our program includes families from Guilford, Forsyth, Alamance, Davie, Stokes, and Rockingham counties.

Our schedule is filled with matches against homeschool teams from across the state as well as matches with private, public, and charter schools in the area.  Our season starts at the beginning of August and culminates the second weekend in October with the Southeast Homeschool Championships in Spartanburg, SC.  During our season we also compete at the Millennium Charter Jamboree (Mt Airy, NC),  and the HSPN East Coast Homeschool Nationals Tournament in Gatlinburg, TN.

After many years and much consideration, we decided it was best to leave the NCHEAC (North Carolinians for Home Education Athletic Conference) Western Division in 2022.

Open gyms and tryouts are held during the Spring so families have the Summer off.

We have 3 team levels: Middle  School, Junior Varsity, and Varsity.  Teams change year to year depending on tryouts and player commitments. If needed, some years we also have a PIT Crew (Panthers In Training).  No one is guaranteed a spot on a team, and tryouts are mandatory.  Our program is available to homeschooled girls who are 10 to 18 years old as of August 1st of the current year.

Our goal is to teach the girls how to play volleyball at a competitive level while modeling how to compete with integrity and character. We focus on practicing and playing through the very last point with a winning attitude no matter the score, as well as promoting a positive attitude toward coaches, teammates, officials, opponents, parents, and of course, themselves.  Finally, we want to cultivate a strong work ethic that will serve them well on and off the court.

We warmly welcome families of all beliefs and backgrounds.
